For Velopa Hendriks Formwork Solutions developed a mould for the production of concrete seating elements for public spaces.

The challenge lay in the complex curves in multiple directions, combined with stringent requirements regarding dimensions and finish.

To achieve this, resin mould components were milled from multiple blocks and carefully finished. This results in a surface that is as smooth as possible and ensures virtually seamless transitions between the various mould components.

The result a mould that enables the efficient production of concrete seating elements with a high-quality finish.
