With more than 16 years of experience in the concrete and precast industry, Jakub Zaleski is the face of Hendriks Formwork Solutions in Poland, the Baltic states, and Ukraine. In his role, he combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus, supporting precast producers in optimizing their production processes. “For me, it always starts with understanding how a factory really works. From there, I look for solutions that truly make a difference in practice.”
What appeals to him about Hendriks is the combination of engineering, ease of use, and flexibility. Solutions must not only be technically sound but also practical on the work floor. “It’s precisely that balance—robust, low-maintenance, and widely applicable—that drives efficiency and quality in production.”
He clearly sees the market in Poland evolving. The demand for efficient and predictable production is growing, driven by pressure on construction timelines, labor shortages, and increasing quality requirements. This creates ample opportunities for further optimization and professionalization within the sector.
Collaboration is central to his approach. Customers can count on an engaged and practical way of working, with short lines of communication and clear dialogue. “I aim to be a partner who thinks along, is accessible, and adds long-term value.”
Outside of work, Jakub enjoys staying active. He spends a lot of time with his family, preferably in nature—such as in the mountains or on the slopes skiing. He also relaxes by riding motorcycles and playing the drums.
