Three new account managers join Hendriks Formwork Solutions

At Hendriks Formwork Solutions, we continuously invest in our relationships. Personal attention, technical expertise and reliable cooperation form the basis for this. In order to support our customers even better, three new account managers have joined our company in recent months: Antine van Wijk, Boy Ziegerink and Jochem Möhlmann. We would like to introduce them to you.

Antine van Wijk – Account Manager Casting Formwork

Antine joined Hendriks Formwork Solutions in September. The world of formwork technology was new to her, so she has spent the last few weeks familiarising herself with the products, services and processes.

Antine: “I have already noticed that there is a wealth of experience to be found on our work floor. Colleagues talk enthusiastically about the wonderful world of formwork technology and everything that goes with it.”

Antine's arrival means that Hendriks can give his customers even more personal attention.

"Of course, I'm working hard to one day have as much knowledge as my colleagues," she says. "But until then, I'm lucky to be able to ask them all my questions."

Antine has many years of experience as an account manager in the construction industry, where she was the national contact person for aluminium construction companies. Despite the difference in product and project phase, she recognises many similarities in her new role: the dynamics on the construction site and the importance of clear agreements.

Her focus for the coming period will be on getting acquainted and deepening relationships: “I would like to get to know all the clients I haven't met yet and gain a better understanding of their wishes. When everyone knows exactly what to expect, it benefits the quality and reliability of our work.”

Boy Ziegerink – Prefab Account Manager

You may have already met Boy in person, as he has been part of our team for some time now. However, we would like to officially introduce him to you. In his role, Boy focuses on both existing and new customers. Every day, he immerses himself in understanding customer questions and finding suitable solutions, with the experience of his colleagues playing an important role. As Boy himself says: "Every day, I learn a lot from my colleagues. They help me to thoroughly understand customer requests, so that together we can come up with the best solution."

As a true Tukker, he plays football at Sportclub Enschede, the amateur club from which FC Twente originated. Together with his wife Melanie and their dog Jack, he enjoys the outdoors. He also has a great passion for shooting sports, especially clay pigeon shooting, and this year he even came second in the Dutch Olympic Trap Championships. He says of himself: "I am a people person and love conviviality: the more the merrier!" He brings that same open and engaged attitude to his work.

Boy is responsible for the northern and eastern regions of the Netherlands and German-speaking countries, focusing on products and moulds for the precast concrete industry. The human aspect plays a major role for him. Boy emphasises: “Personal attention, genuine interest and listening carefully (including to what is not said) are essential to me. My motto is: ‘Understand in order to be understood.”

Jochem Möhlmann – Infrastructure Account Manager

From an early age, Jochem has been fascinated by large structures and the technology involved in their construction. This curiosity formed the basis for his studies in mechanical engineering, during which he was constantly searching for mastery, innovation and the deepening of technical challenges. Later, he put that passion into practice by completely stripping and renovating his own home. "Now that the last boards have been hung, it's time for the real work," says Jochem.

In October, Jochem enthusiastically started as an account manager, with a clear focus on the infrastructure sector. Driven by his passion for both technology and commerce, he is committed to maintaining and expanding relationships within the infrastructure sector. He emphasises how important genuine collaboration is to him: "I look for partnerships that involve real collaboration, with a shared goal: to achieve the best and most beautiful results."

In the coming period, he will focus on further expanding the network within the market, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Connection is paramount in this regard. “Are you involved in the realisation of special infrastructure projects? Or would you like to discuss what Hendriks can do for your project? Please feel free to contact me,” says Jochem.

Continuing to build strong relationships together

With the arrival of Antine, Boy and Jochem, we are strengthening our account management team and increasing our capacity to provide optimal support to our customers. They bring new ideas, personal attention and drive to work with you to find the most suitable solutions. We look forward to establishing new connections and further deepening existing relationships through them, so that together we can realise projects we can be proud of.
