One of the first German customers is Rekers, a company with four production facilities. In addition to retaining walls, they also manufacture various other prefabricated elements. These products must meet increasingly stringent requirements in terms of functionality, quality and freedom of choice. Hendriks' retaining wall moulds are the perfect solution.
Thanks to the expertise of both Rekers and Hendriks, an efficient mould was developed in close collaboration. The use of hydraulics minimises the need for the hall crane, and the moulds make an important contribution to the entire production process.
In a world where speed and efficiency play an increasingly important role, it is important to have as few hands on the mould as possible. This philosophy played an important role in the development of the moulds. In addition, the use of the hall crane was limited so that it could be used for other purposes. The hydraulically operated mould resulted in an efficient and robust solution.
The solution consisted of three moulds in which five elements could be produced simultaneously. The elements have an angular profile and dimensions of 100 x 70 x 100 cm (L x W x H). The elements are characterised by their sleek design and meet the highest aesthetic and dimensional standards, thanks in part to the unique production process.
